The problem
Generic cleaners do not know a session.
AI coding tools store chat history, snapshots, indexes, and logs. Over months this hides inside OS “system” storage. Deleting by hand can wipe Resume, force a slow re-index, or take credentials with it.
Paths without meaningA Cursor hash is not a project name. A missing folder is an orphan. A live process is not a suggestion.
Undo is not optionalrm and Explorer delete are permanent. Haikos only uses Trash or Recycle Bin. Restore stays free.
Cloud is the wrong modelScan never reads source or documents. Folder names, sizes, dates, lock files. No telemetry.

Rebuildable caches start checked. Sessions never do. Protected paths cannot be checked. Live apps are skipped.

A local receipt keyed by item id. Restore puts the same leftovers back. The model cannot delete.

Scan, classify, explain, Trash, Recycle Bin, and Restore never take a network port. There is no account. There is no analytics SDK.
No cloud for clean
Rules live in a versioned catalog shipped with the app. Updates are releases, not a download at scan time.
License is opt-in HTTPS
Get Pro opens the system browser. You paste a key. Activate is the only client network call, and it never runs during scan.
Wording cannot delete
Catalog copy is the default. Optional on-device sentences (Pro) rewrite an explanation. They never choose targets.

FAQ
Straight answers.
Does anything leave my machine during a scan?
No. Scan and clean do not take a network port. The only optional HTTPS call is license activate, which you start yourself from Settings or the CLI.
Can the model delete files?
No. Only the Trash / Recycle Bin module can, after you confirm. Protected paths never go to a model and never go to Trash.
Is Restore behind Pro?
No. Restore is free. Gating undo would break trust.
Do you clean Windsurf, Docker, or node_modules?
Not in 1.0. First ship is Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex — session-aware, both platforms. Extra tools wait until that story holds.
Is there a subscription?
No. Pro is $19 once, up to three devices (Mac or PC). Not a renewal. Windows is the same product, not a paid SKU.
Who charges my card?
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. They handle tax, the receipt, and returns. Checkout opens only on this website — never a raw payment link in email or chat.
What is your refund policy?
Thirty days from the order date, no qualifiers. Email info@haikotek.com or use Paddle buyer support. The license is revoked on refund.
Do you bundle a local LLM?
No. A disk cleaner must not install another gigabyte of model. Catalog copy is the default. An optional ONNX wording pack is downloaded later, never in the installer.
