Contact: info@haikotek.com. This policy covers the Haikos Clean desktop app, the CLI, this website (clean.haikotek.com), and license activate.

The desktop app

Scan, classify, explain, move to Trash or Recycle Bin, Restore, and scheduled rebuildable clean do not send files, paths, or telemetry anywhere. There is no analytics, crash, or remote-config SDK in the app.

We read folder names, sizes, dates, lock files, and whether a mapped project path still exists. We do not read your source code or documents.

Local receipts stay on the device so Restore can put the same leftovers back.

License activate

When you choose to redeem a gift or Paddle key, the app or CLI posts the key and a hashed machine fingerprint to our license worker. Raw hardware identifiers are not logged.

After a signed license file is stored, Pro features verify offline. Scan and Trash never use that network port.

This website and payments

The marketing site may keep ordinary hosting logs (IP, user agent) for security.

Card data is processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Haikotek does not receive or store card numbers. See Paddle’s privacy notice for payment data.

We do not sell personal data. We do not run a marketing pixel on this product site.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold (for example a license email). Write to info@haikotek.com.
